Enterprise Content Management
The Nautilus Enterprise Content Management solution is a suite of Windows/Browser-based applications to capture, manage, store, preserve, and deliver content and documents related to organizational processes.  All spectrums of the financial market utilize our solution – from top tier banks, mid-size financial institutions, community banks and credit unions to mortgage brokers and insurance companies.  Nautilus features advanced point-and-click capabilities and extensive cross-referencing abilities.

High-volume Image Management
The Titan Enterprise Edition (Titan e²) Archive is a hierarchical storage and retrieval system that allows image data to exist in a unique state on various storage media and/or dispersed archives simultaneously, so organizations can rapidly retrieve image-based information for customers or internal use. A wide variety of objects, such as checks, full page documents, signature cards and text-based statements and reports may be stored.

Check Fraud Detection
The FraudGuard check fraud detection solution enables multiple assessments of a check with one opening of a check image.  Easily compare check fields and image information to detect any check alterations or forgeries, automatically interrogate check images for potential counterfeits, and completely verify check issue and signature information using secure marks printed on the face of a check. Items are routed through the FraudGuard solution based on user-defined criteria—account number, amount, etc.  The system is driven by intelligent workflow and provides a single, secure point of access for defining rules, reports, monitoring and security.

Image Exchange
ExchangeGuard is an integrated suite of applications that provides a variety of features to help financial institutions exchange check images, as well as create substitute checks (also known as Image Replacement Documents or IRDs).   These applications provide the necessary tools to enable financial institutions to immediately capitalize on the benefits of image, through accelerated check clearing, reduced operational expense, improved float, and reduced transportation costs.

Document Composition
The DocFusion document composition and formatting solution enables “anything in/anything out” data re-purposing.  This high-volume, document design and delivery solution allows for the creation of portable documents – whether electronic or print.  DocFusion gives you the power to merge documents, regardless of the platform, and control the document production processes from multiple sources – even integrated third-party software.
