Fiserv Imagesoft senior management is committed to providing technology leadership to our customers and employees to help navigate the myriad of advancements in the imaging industry.  Together, these individuals are leading the company that is changing the way the world thinks about imaging technology and solutions.

	Regis Rapp, President As President of Fiserv Industry Products, Rege has overall responsibility for Sales and Business Development, Professional Services and Delivery, Technical Services, Marketing and Product Management and Development. Rege joined Fiserv in 1993 as Senior Vice President of the Backroom Systems unit. Over the past fourteen years, Rege has transformed the company to emphasize customer relationship management and contact management solutions, forming the Customer Contact Solutions Group in 1999. In 2002, with the merger of Customer Contact Solutions and the Fiserv InformEnt units, Regis was named COO of the combined unit. In 2004, Regis was asked to lead the Fiserv Customer Centered Solutions business unit as General Manager and in 2005 promoted to President. In 2007, Fiserv Customer Centered Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA; Fiserv Imagesoft in Lake Mary, FL and Fiserv Interactive Technologies in Summit, NJ were merged to form Fiserv Industry Products, with Regis as the President of this organization. Regis has more than 27 years experience in banking, and has held various management positions within Mellon Bank's Retail Banking and IT Departments before joining Fiserv.
	James “Skip” Smith, Senior Vice President, Product & Technology James “Skip” Smith, Sr. Vice President at Fiserv Imagesoft brings over twenty years of technical and management experience in development, engineering, project management, operations, product management and technical customer support.  Mr. Smith came from JPMorganChase where he held the position of Corporate Technology Officer within the Treasury Services Division.
	David Wilcox, Senior Vice President, Business Development David Wilcox, Sr. Vice President at Fiserv Imagesoft possesses over twenty years of experience in the banking industry.  Before joining Imagesoft in 1992, Mr. Wilcox held various positions within the banking industry such as account executive, management of teller and branch automation and management of outsourcing to community banks.
	Doug Fisher, CPA, Chief Financial Officer Doug Fisher, Chief Financial Officer for Fiserv Imagesoft brings over twenty-five years of financial services expertise to our organization.  Mr. Fisher is responsible for financial management for the entire operation to include financial analysis, acquisitions, corporate reporting, cash management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
	Larry Argiro, Ph.D., Vice President, Human Resources Larry Argiro, Ph.D., Vice President, Human Resources brings over twenty-five years of executive level experience in the formulation and implementation of human resource and training policies and procedures.  Prior to joining Imagesoft, Dr. Argiro was Director of Human Resource Services for American Automobile Association (AAA) National Office.
	Bette Fitzgerald, Vice President, Marketing Bette Fitzgerald, Vice President, Marketing brings over 16 years of experience in corporate marketing, positioning, branding and identity, and communication strategy to Fiserv Imagesoft.  On a daily basis, she oversees a variety of marketing functions, including public relations, market research, direct marketing and analyst relations.
